Glass Reuse
& Recycling

We collect and process container glass into high-quality, manufacturer grade cullet (glass sand) that can be used to make new glass bottles, reducing waste and reliance on new natural resources as we build towards a circular economy.

Cullet is clean, recycled glass that has been processed and prepared for reuse in new glass containers—reducing waste, emissions, and the need for newly mined materials.

Cullet LLC was founded to address a deeply entrenched problem with everyday visibility and impact: glass is one of the most infinitely recyclable materials on Earth, yet, in the United States, we waste an overwhelming majority of it.

Our mission is to build modern glass recycling and reuse infrastructure that keeps glass in circulation. Central to that mission is capturing glass before it breaks and becomes contaminated in single-stream recycling. By educating communities and businesses on the value of separating glass into its own stream, we can stop the flow of valuable resources into landfills.

Glass waste is a system failure; we’re building a better one.

Our model is built to strengthen local economies:

Circularity icon

Keeps glass processing, reuse, and manufacturing local

Proximity icon

Reduces long-distance transport of heavy materials

Value icon

Retains economic value in the communities served

Waste to Worth means turning a costly, polluting problem into economic value, healthier products, stronger communities, and a cleaner environment—for the people who use glass and the world they live in.
